This is a pull-thru style finishing chamber reamer with a head space Bushing. It includes an extension rod that runs down the barrel and allows you to cut the chamber without removing the barrel. It also acts as a Go headspace gauge.

Unless noted, it is designed to cut a SAMMI minimium specification chamber. The pilot is not interchangable, as it is custom made for the tool it is on to work as a GO Gauge, so we recommend measuring the bore of your barrel to be sure this reamer will fit properly. We often also have a finishing reamer with interchangeable pilots that will allow you to fit unusual barrel sizes more precisely.

This reamer is made from high speed steel and is not suitable for hardened steel barrels. We offer a limited selection of carbide reamers for cutting chrome barrels. NOTE: Insurance does not cover damage caused by a hardened barrel.
